The innovations and imaginations of coffee producers across the world are providing amazing sensory experiences and taking coffee flavors to new and exciting places. We have seen an explosion in the ways fermentation is being used to develop new and exciting flavors in coffee. But what is fermentation? How is it used in coffee? What kind of flavors does it produce?

During this course, we will explore the new innovations in coffee processing and have a chance to taste some of these new and exciting coffees.
